ATLANTA, GA, UNITED STATES, August 31, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- The 9th Annual Atlanta Fashion & Polo Classic, presented by the Miguel Wilson Collection and the Ride to the Olympics Foundation, returns for its landmark event on Saturday, September 19, from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Bouckaert Farm, 10045 Cedar Grove Rd, Fairburn, GA 30213.
Sponsored by Bentley Atlanta, Ben Crump Law, and Indigo Road Realty, the signature experience blends competitive polo with luxury, fashion, and culture to raise awareness and support for the Ride to the Olympics Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to providing youth in underrepresented communities with access to equestrian sports.
“When we launched this event nine years ago, we couldn’t have envisioned the incredible impact it would have,” said Miguel Wilson, founder of the Atlanta Fashion & Polo Classic. “Nearly a decade later, the excitement is unmatched. We’ve been receiving calls since the start of the year, with guests flying in from across the country. I couldn't be more thrilled to welcome everyone for an unforgettable ninth year.”
More than 2,000 guests are expected for the 9th Annual Atlanta Fashion & Polo Classic weekend. Celebrations begin Friday, September 18, with a ticket-holder welcome party sponsored by Ben Crump Law at The Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel. The festivities culminate Saturday, September 19, at the main event, featuring gourmet food, signature cocktails, live musical performances, three main party tents and elite polo matches with players from the Atlanta B.E.S.T. Academy Polo Team, the Morehouse Polo Club, and a visiting Nigerian Polo Team.
Highlighting the entertainment, singer, songwriter, and actor Tyrese will headline as a special guest and deliver a featured live performance. The high-profile event will showcase other special guests, including legendary radio host Frank Ski, radio personality Kenny Burns, producer/songwriter Bryan-Michael Cox, actor Clifton Powell, actor Rob Riley, rapper Pastor Troy, comedian Red Grant, and more.
Past notable attendees include: Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, Pastor Jamal Bryant (New Birth Missionary Baptist Church), rapper Young Jeezy, Nene Leakes (Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta), Cynthia Bailey (Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta), Sheree Whitfield (Bravo’s Real Housewives of Atlanta), Egypt Sherrod and Mike Jackson (TV Personalities/ HGTV’s Married To Real Estate), singer Q Parker, singer RL (of R&B group Next), and rapper Waka Flocka.
Over its nine-year history, the Atlanta Fashion & Polo Classic has served as the primary fundraising event for the Ride to the Olympics Foundation. All event proceeds directly support the foundation and its flagship programs, including support for the Morehouse Polo Club, which debuted at the 2nd Annual Classic as the first-ever HBCU polo team and earned U.S. Polo Association (USPA) certification in 2020.
The foundation also supports the Atlanta B.E.S.T. Academy Polo Team, which introduced itself at last year’s event as the nation's first all-Black high school polo team registered with the USPA.
The Atlanta B.E.S.T. Polo Team was made possible through a partnership with the Ride to the Olympics Foundation, Atlanta B.E.S.T. Academy, and 100 Black Men of Atlanta.
“The heartbeat of this event will always be the impact that we are making with these young riders. They are at the center of all of this,” Wilson added. “Seeing the Morehouse Polo Club and the Atlanta B.E.S.T. Academy team take the field shows is proof of concept. We’re actively breaking down barriers in equestrian sports. This is about building a legacy and giving our youth access to a world they were previously shut out of.”
This year’s event is made possible through the additional generous support of corporate partners and sponsors, including Crown Wealth Management, Envo Water, West End Gin, 16 Solutions, The Fly Lawyer, Sweety’s Helping Hands, Tito's Handmade Vodka, and Don Henrique Tequila.
